3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Each deposit must be made from the user's own verified payment account — deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

            Important: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
          

If melbet aff suspects fraud or irregular activity in any transaction, it reserves the right to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

melbet aff provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which the user must read carefully.

Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, requiring wagering of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

General Bonus Terms

Bonuses must be claimed within a specific time limit, otherwise they will expire.

Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.

Withdrawing before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets must be placed from the user's own account balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. melbet aff reserves the right to make decisions regarding bets affected by technical errors or system outages.

Odds and Results

All betting odds are displayed in advance and the user agrees to bet at those odds. Event results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant authority. If an event is cancelled or postponed, melbet aff will settle bets according to the applicable policy.

Prohibited Activities

Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

Participating in any activity related to match fixing or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

Strategically placing bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse) is prohibited.

Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage schemes) is prohibited.

6. VIP Program and Rewards

The melbet aff VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳160 cashback at a rate of 0.8%.

melbet aff reserves the right to change the criteria for determining and maintaining VIP tiers. Wagering requirements apply when redeeming rewards.

7. Responsible Gaming and User Protection

A request for temporary or permanent account suspension can be made if needed.

Evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found.

Users may also request account closure themselves. In that case, any remaining balance will be returned after the verification process, provided there is no suspicion of any terms violation.
